About Us

Andrew has had the privilege of a rich cross-cultural journey. Born and raised in Nigeria and Benin, he moved to Australia for high school. Over the past twenty-three years, he has engaged thousands of people both in Australia and internationally through his consulting work. Andrew is a gregarious and perceptive speaker and facilitator whose focus is on improving the self-awareness, performance, and ongoing effectiveness of leaders, teams, and organisations.

He has an enduring fascination with working cross-culturally and is passionate about seeing people thrive in diverse environments. Andrew believes that authentic leadership is deeply relational and values-based, and that effective, influential leaders must intentionally practise Cultural Intelligence (CQ) to empower diverse teams to excel.

Andrew has deep experience in leadership development, working with emerging leaders through to executive teams. He brings a wealth of design expertise, professional facilitation, and 1:1 coaching experience. A key focus of his work is partnering with organisations to improve productivity by enabling and facilitating the skills needed to navigate complex cultural dynamics.
