Born and raised in Nigeria and Benin, Andrew’s experience has been a rich cross cultural journey. Over the past twenty years, Andrew has engaged thousands of people internationally and in Australia through his consulting roles. He is a gregarious and perceptive public speaker and facilitator who’s focus is on improving the self-awareness, performance and ongoing effectiveness of leaders, teams and organisations.
He has an enduring fascination with working cross-culturally and is passionate about seeing people thrive in diverse environments. Andrew believes that truly authentic leadership is deeply relational and values based, and that effective influential leaders need to intentionally practice Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in order to empower diverse teams to thrive.
Andrew has deep experience in leadership development, working with emerging leaders through to executive leadership. He has a wealth of design, professional facilitation and 1:1 coaching experience. A key focus for Andrew is working alongside organisations to improve productivity by facilitating and enabling the skills to develop and address complex cultural dynamics.
