Leadership Journey Tools

To further supplement the learning and development requirements of our clients, we offer the following tools for both insights at the surface or beneath the surface level.

360⁰ Leadership Assessments
We offer two types of 360⁰ assessment tools.

Global Executive Leadership Mirror (GELM®)

The GELM® measures specific leadership behaviours and provides feedback across four main meta-levels: Self, Teams, Organisation and Networks. These four represent an underlying 12 leadership behaviours of emotional intelligence, integrity, tenacity and courage, coaching and feedback, empowering, team building, ability to execute, change orientation, energising, visioning, client and stakeholder orientation, and networks and alliances.

MLQPlus – Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 360⁰ Leadership Assessment

The Full Range Leadership Model (FRLM) is the world’s most researched and proven framework for understanding transformational leadership and driving productivity, effectiveness, and satisfaction in the workplace. The MLQPlus has been designed to measure three types of leadership behaviours; transformational, transactional, and passive-avoidant. With insightful measurements, including benchmark at the national and industry level, the report provides leaders with practical, actionable, and behaviour-based insights to five domains: build trust, inspire purpose, coach people, lead with integrity, and encourage innovation.

Cultural Insights
We offer two culture tools, one at the organisational level and another at the cross-cultural level.

  1. Organisational Cultural Audit (OCA™)
The Organisational Cultural Audit (OCA™) surfaces the often hidden cultural strengths and weaknesses of an organisation, allowing the formation of steps to facilitate transformation. The OCA™ covers the most 12 salient dimensions of organisational culture: competitiveness, social responsibility, client (stakeholder) orientation, change orientation, teamwork, fun, responsibility and accountability, trust, learning environment, result orientation, respect for the individual, and entrepreneurship and innovation.

  2. Cross-cultural intelligence
The Cultural Intelligence Scale, or CQS, measures your capability to relate and work effectively in culturally diverse situations. It’s a form of intelligence that has been tested by academic researchers in over 98 countries for nearly two decades. The CQS provides nuanced feedback based on separate scales for each of thirteen sub-dimensions. Results demonstrate strong incremental, discriminant, and predictive validity
